The company you hired is not the company on the ground
You sign with a name, and a chain of subcontractors you never met shows up. When a coach is late, nobody owns it. Vohana holds the operator contracts and Vohana answers for them.
Destination Management · Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi
Vohana DMC plans and operates corporate programmes across Oʻahu and the neighbor islands — arrivals, ground transport, venues, offsites, dine-arounds and the run of show. One contract. One operator. One number to call at 6am when an inbound slips.
Why programmes go wrong
01
You sign with a name, and a chain of subcontractors you never met shows up. When a coach is late, nobody owns it. Vohana holds the operator contracts and Vohana answers for them.
02
A mainland agency cannot walk your venue on Tuesday, or stand at baggage claim when the inbound slips. We are on Oʻahu. Site visits happen the same week you ask for them.
03
Registrations, certificates of insurance, additional-insured endorsements, W-9s. Most of it surfaces late and stalls the award. Ours goes to your procurement team in the first week, not the last.
What we run
We are not an introduction service. We design the programme, contract the ground, and stand on it while it runs.
Manifest management, greeter teams, lei greetings, baggage handling, and staged departures that match your flight blocks rather than fighting them.
Motorcoach, minibus, sprinter and executive sedan. Routed, staged and dispatched by us. Every carrier holds its own PUC authority and names Vohana LLC as additional insured.
Private estates, beachfront, historic sites, museums and restaurant buyouts. We hold the venue relationship and negotiate the contract, so your team is not chasing a banquet manager.
Team activities, cultural programming with Hawaiʻi practitioners, catamaran charters, guided excursions and CSR builds — scaled to the group you actually have.
Restaurant buyouts, progressive dinners, welcome receptions and awards dinners. Menus, headcount tolerances and dietary handling agreed in writing before the group lands.
A written run of show, a staffed command post, and named leads on every movement. You get one point of contact who is awake when your programme is running.
How it runs
You send scope, dates, headcount and budget range. We come back with questions the same day — the ones that decide whether this is a fit.
A costed programme with each element priced separately. No bundled day rate hiding a margin. You see what the ground costs and what we charge to run it.
One agreement with Vohana LLC. Certificates of insurance, W-9 and registrations go to your procurement team with the draft, not after it.
Site inspections, venue contracts, vendor confirmations, rooming and transport manifests, and a written run of show you approve before anything is locked.
We are on the ground for the whole programme. Staffed command post, named movement leads, and a reconciliation with receipts after the group leaves.
What procurement asks for
Every item below exists today and goes to your procurement team with the first draft of the contract. Nothing here is pending.
Held by Vohana LLC at entity level since June 2026.

Every transport partner on a Vohana program carries its own PUC authority and names Vohana LLC as additional insured.
You sign one agreement with Vohana LLC. We hold the operator contracts behind it, and we carry that paperwork.
Scope, dates, headcount and a budget range is enough to start. We reply to every RFP — and if it is not a fit, we will say so and tell you who to call instead.
