Messaging terms

These terms cover text messages sent by Vohana DMC, a brand of Vohana LLC.
Consent
We text you only if you ticked the SMS box on our RFP form. The wording shown at that moment is:
“I agree to receive text messages from Vohana DMC about this enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Consent to texting is never a condition of doing business with us. Leaving the box unticked changes nothing about how we handle your enquiry.
What we send
Messages about the specific programme you enquired about — scheduling, a question we need answered quickly, or on-the-ground coordination while your programme is running. We do not send marketing blasts to this list.
Frequency
Varies by programme. Expect a handful during planning and more during the days your group is on the ground.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
Stopping
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
