Messaging terms
These terms cover text messages sent by Vohana DMC, a brand of Vohana LLC.
Consent
We text you only if you ticked the SMS box on the inquiry or trip request form. The wording you agreed to reads: "By checking this box, I consent to receive non-marketing text messages and emails from Vohana DMC about my program inquiry. Message frequency varies, message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out."
Consent to texts is not a condition of doing business with us. Leaving the box unticked does not change how your inquiry is handled.
What we send
Messages about the specific program or trip you inquired about: scheduling, urgent questions, and on-the-ground coordination while a group is here. No marketing blasts to this list.
Frequency
Varies by program. A handful of messages during planning and more during the days a group is on the ground.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages; your carrier may.
Stopping
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts to that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at (808) 400-8908.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
