Vohana LLC, trading as Vohana DMC, operates this site. This page says what the site collects and what happens to it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry or trip request forms: your contact details, company or agency, and the program or trip details you choose to share. The form also records the page it was submitted from, the referring site and a timestamp.
The site runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics beyond what is needed to serve the pages and forms.
Where it goes
Submissions go to our CRM, hosted by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), and are visible to the Vohana team. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Venue and transport partners receive only the operational details needed to quote or deliver a service, never the inquiry record itself.
Text messages
We send text messages only if you ticked the consent box on a form. We store the exact consent wording you were shown and the time you agreed. How to stop messages is in the Messaging terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while the opportunity is live and afterward as business records. We delete on request unless we are required to keep the record by law or by a signed agreement.
