This site is marketing and inquiry material. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a commitment to availability or price. Program scope, cost and terms exist only in a signed agreement.
Inquiries
Submitting a form starts a conversation. It does not reserve dates, hold capacity or create a binding obligation on either side.
Accuracy
Descriptions of our capabilities are general. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.
Your content
Do not submit material you do not have the right to share, including third-party confidential information or attendee personal data. Attendee data is collected through the channel set out in the program contract, not through this site.
Intellectual property
The text, design and marks on this site belong to Vohana LLC. You may share and reference pages. You may not republish the content as your own.
