These terms govern your use of vohanadmc.com, operated by Vohana LLC trading as Vohana DMC. They do not govern any programme we run for you — that is covered by the separate written agreement you sign with Vohana LLC.

What this site is

Marketing and enquiry material. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to availability or price. Programme scope, cost and terms exist only in a signed agreement.

Enquiries

Submitting the RFP form starts a conversation. It does not reserve dates, hold capacity, or bind either of us to anything.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but capability descriptions are general. Where something here conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement governs.

Your content

Do not submit anything through this site that you are not entitled to share — including third-party confidential material or personal data about attendees. Send attendee data only through the channel we agree in the programme contract.

Intellectual property

The text, design and marks on this site belong to Vohana LLC. You may share and reference pages; do not republish the content as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
