You sign with Vohana LLC. Insurance certificates, tax forms and registrations arrive with the first draft.

Transport, venues, dining, staffing and our fee priced separately. Cut a line without reopening the programme.

Send scope, dates, headcount and a budget range. We reply the same business day.

Proposal
Itemised and costed. Transport, venues, dining, staffing and our fee on separate lines.

Contract
One agreement with Vohana LLC. Insurance, tax forms and registrations attached to the draft.
- 04
Build
Site inspections, confirmations, manifests. You sign off a written run of show before anything locks.
- 05
Operate
A staffed command post and a named lead on every movement, on Hawaiʻi time.
- 06
Reconcile
Receipts, variance notes and a debrief. You see exactly what changed and why.
