Vohana DMC is the on-island operator for groups, weddings and multi-party trips your clients are taking to Oʻahu and the neighbor islands. You stay the advisor of record; we handle the logistics that need someone here.
How it works with advisors
Four things to know before you send the first request.
Your client stays yours
We work through you. Your client hears from Vohana only where you want them to, for example a day-of contact number while they are on the island.
Itemised quotes
Transport, experiences, venues and dining priced on separate lines, so you can present and adjust the plan without a new quote each time.
Commission paid to your host agency
Within 14 days of the trip ending, to your host agency or consortium. Terms are confirmed in writing before the first booking.
Registered and insured
Vohana LLC holds Hawaiʻi Travel Agency (TAR-7644-0) and Activity Desk (AD-1519) registrations. Every ground operator carries its own authority and insurance.
