Corporate programmes

Six programme types. Different failure modes, different builds.

The elements overlap. What changes is where the programme breaks under pressure — and that is what the plan has to be built around. Below is how we approach each.

Highest expectation, least tolerance for error

Incentive trips & President’s Club

Your top performers were promised something extraordinary in front of the whole company. The programme has to read as a reward from the first greeter to the last transfer, and the people on it will compare notes for years.

What we run on this programme

  • Staged arrivals with named greeters and lei greeting
  • Private venue and estate buyouts for the awards night
  • Tiered experiences so top tiers get something visibly different
  • Partner and spouse programming that is not an afterthought
  • Gifting, room drops and in-room amenity sequencing

Small headcount, senior attendees

Leadership offsites & executive retreats

Twelve to forty people whose calendars are the hardest constraint in the programme. The working sessions matter more than the scenery, and the logistics have to disappear entirely.

What we run on this programme

  • Private meeting space with real connectivity, tested in advance
  • Executive sedan and sprinter transfers on individual arrival patterns
  • Discreet dining — restaurant buyouts and private chef settings
  • One short, well-chosen offsite rather than a packed activity list
  • On-call ground support for the whole window, not just movements

Large, tightly scheduled, high movement volume

Sales kickoffs & all-hands

A hundred or more people, a fixed general-session schedule, and transport that has to hit its windows exactly or the agenda collapses behind it.

What we run on this programme

  • Motorcoach fleets routed and staged against the session schedule
  • Load-out plans with named leads per coach and per movement
  • Evening programmes that absorb schedule slip without breaking
  • Dine-arounds sized to the group with confirmed headcount tolerances
  • A staffed command post for the run of the programme

You have the hotel. You need the ground.

Conference & convention ground programmes

The hotel has the meeting space and the room block. Everything outside the property line — airport, offsites, partner events, VIP handling — is a separate operation, and it is the one that gets underestimated.

What we run on this programme

  • Airport meet-and-greet across a multi-day arrival window
  • Shuttle loops between properties on a published schedule
  • Offsite receptions and sponsor events at contracted venues
  • VIP and speaker handling on separate transport and timing
  • Accessibility handling planned, not improvised on the day

Small groups, disproportionate stakes

Client & partner hosting programmes

Four to twenty guests you are trying to keep or win. The programme is a business instrument, and every detail is read as a signal about how you operate.

What we run on this programme

  • Individual arrival handling — no shared shuttles, no waiting
  • Private charters, guided experiences and dining with real access
  • Host-side briefing notes so your team knows the plan cold
  • Quiet, complete on-ground support with no visible seams
  • Discretion as a working requirement, not a talking point

Company-wide, morale-critical

Company milestones & celebrations

An anniversary, a funding round, a merger close. The whole company is watching, spend is visible, and the programme has to justify itself internally as well as land well on the night.

What we run on this programme

  • Venue sourcing against a defensible cost-per-head
  • Cultural programming with Hawaiʻi practitioners, done properly
  • Production, entertainment and AV under one point of contact
  • Family-inclusive programming where the group calls for it
  • Itemised reconciliation with receipts for internal reporting

Not sure which of these you have?

Most programmes are two of them at once. Send what you know — headcount, dates and the outcome you are being measured on — and we will tell you what it actually is.
