Most of what a DMC sells is the same. How it is structured is not.

We are the operator, not the introduction
A lot of destination management is really brokerage — a company takes your brief, forwards it to whoever is available, adds a margin and steps back. When something fails, there is nobody to hold. Vohana contracts the ground directly, holds those agreements in its own name, and answers for them. That is the whole difference.

We are on Hawaiʻi time, in Hawaiʻi
Site inspections happen the same week you ask. Venue relationships are maintained in person. When your inbound slips at 5am, the person answering is on the island, not waking up on the mainland to a voicemail. Being here is not a marketing line — it is the reason the operational response is different.

One contracting party, and the paperwork to back it
You sign with Vohana LLC. Behind that, we hold the carrier and venue contracts, require each transport partner to carry its own operating authority, and require Vohana LLC to be named as additional insured. Your procurement team gets the compliance pack with the first draft, not in the week before the group lands.

We itemise, including our own fee
Every element is priced on its own line — transport, venue, food and beverage, staffing, and what we charge to run the programme. You can see the cost of the ground and the cost of us, separately. Bundled day rates make that impossible on purpose; we do not use them.

Licensed & insured ground operators
Every transport partner on a Vohana program carries its own PUC authority and names Vohana LLC as additional insured.

Single contracting party
You sign one agreement with Vohana LLC. We hold the operator contracts behind it, and we carry that paperwork.
Vohana LLC is the contracting entity for every Vohana DMC programme. Certificates of insurance and registration documents are supplied on request and travel with the first draft of any agreement.

Case studies go here — programme type, headcount, what the constraint was and how it was solved. Each one needs the client's written sign-off before it can be published, and named references need separate permission. Until that exists, this page claims nothing it cannot evidence.
