YOUR PURPOSE. OUR STARTING POINT.

Keep the purpose at the center.

A retreat, a conference, a community celebration, or a fellowship trip needs room for the people who make it meaningful. Some groups need quiet time together; others are planning around a host gathering or a full conference schedule.

We help connect the practical details of your ground program so the travel plan supports those priorities. Tell us about your group’s pace, age mix, gathering locations, and the moments you want to protect for worship, reflection, or conversation.

HOW VOHANA CAN HELP

The details that bring
your people together.

Group arrivals & transportation

Coordinate airport transfers and group movements around accommodation, gathering locations, and the mix of guests traveling. Share general mobility and timing needs at the beginning.

Retreat & gathering logistics

Bring the schedule of fellowship sessions, meals, and shared outings into the ground plan. We can discuss transport and surrounding logistics for the gatherings your leaders are organizing.

Shared island experiences

Discuss group activities and dining that fit your community’s pace and preferences, with space for reflection and time together rather than an itinerary filled from morning to evening.

A THOUGHTFUL FIRST STEP

Protect the time you came to share.

Begin with the core gathering schedule, then decide which meals, outings, and free periods should surround it. Share any dietary preferences, observance times, and general participation needs that should guide the arrangements.

BRING TO YOUR FIRST CONVERSATION

A little context.
A clearer plan.

  • Church, faith community, or organizing group
  • Purpose of the journey and preferred dates
  • Estimated guests and the mix of ages
  • Retreat, conference, or host gathering locations
  • General dietary needs, pace, and budget range

BEFORE WE SAY ALOHA

Your questions,
considered.

Can you help with a church retreat or fellowship trip?

Yes. Vohana’s church and community planning pathway includes retreats, fellowship travel, conferences, celebrations, and other group gatherings. Share your purpose and the support you need.

Can a program include families or older adults?

Our planning pathway includes adult groups, youth with adult leaders, families, mixed ages, and mostly older adults. Discuss general mobility, timing, and activity needs early so the proposed arrangements can reflect them.

Can you work around worship or conference times?

Yes. Share the fixed sessions and locations, and we can discuss transportation and other agreed ground arrangements around those times.

Do we need to have every activity chosen?

No. Start with the trip’s purpose, estimated group size, dates, and budget range. Your leaders can identify the core gatherings, and we can explore the ground arrangements and shared activities around them.
