Can you get our group into places that need reservations?
Usually, yes. As a registered Hawaiʻi activity desk, we track each site's release window and book through the right channel, using licensed tour operators where a site requires them. Availability is set by each site, so we confirm it before anything goes into your itinerary.
What if a site doesn't allow commercial groups?
We tell you up front and plan an alternative, or arrange individual entry where the rules allow it.
What if the ocean is too rough?
Go or no-go times are agreed with each operator in advance, and we plan an alternative ahead of time.
How many guests fit on a boat or helicopter?
Each vessel's Coast Guard certificate sets its maximum, and helicopters have seat and weight limits. We check both against your full headcount, staff included.
Can everyone take part, whatever their fitness?
Most days can be built with options at different levels, so guests choose what suits them. Tell us about your group and we suggest a mix.
