The usual problems, and how we handle them.

No one on the ground when plans change.

How we handle it

A named program lead on Hawaiʻi time, and a named lead for each movement.

The problem

Your own team stretched across too many jobs.

How we handle it

We staff the desks, greeters and event roles, and agree with your team who handles what.

The problem

Weather or flight disruption with no plan.

How we handle it

Contingencies are set before arrival, with communication channels agreed in advance.

The problem

Suppliers no one can hold accountable.

How we handle it

We contract ground operators ourselves and require each to carry its own insurance.

Questions

What planners ask us.

Anything else, ask us directly. We aim to reply the same business day.

Who is our contact on the ground?

A named program lead for the whole program, plus a named lead for each movement.

What happens if a storm is forecast?

We follow official advisories, coordinate with hotels and suppliers, and keep you informed through the channels agreed before arrival.

Are your suppliers insured?

We require the ground operators we contract to carry their own insurance.

Can you run a hospitality desk at more than one hotel?

Yes. In a split program each hotel can have its own desk, with hours set around the agenda.

Will you work alongside our own staff?

Yes. We brief your team before arrival and agree who handles what, so guests see one team. Tell us how your team is set up.
