Group transportation

Arrivals set the tone for everything that follows. We plan each transfer around real flight times and real traffic, with licensed operators and a named lead on every movement.

Licensed carriers

PUC-certificated and insured.

Flight tracking

Pickups re-sequenced on the day.

A named lead

For each movement.

Accessible vehicles

Arranged ahead of arrival.

What we handle

Every movement planned, timed and led.

Airport meet and greet

Guests met on arrival with a lei and help with their bags.

Shuttles and transfers

Hotel loops, dine-around transfers and departure sweeps, timed to the agenda.

Executive and VIP

Sedans and SUVs for principals, with drivers briefed on who they are collecting.

Inter-island moves

Group air seats and transfers at both ends when the program spans islands.

Accessible travel

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles arranged ahead of arrival.

Where programs go wrong

The usual problems, and how we handle them.

The problem

Late flights that throw off the schedule.

How we handle it

We track arrivals and re-sequence vehicles and greeters on the day, so one late flight affects as few guests as possible.

The problem

Not enough vehicles on the neighbor islands.

How we handle it

Large-vehicle fleets are smaller outside Oʻahu, so we confirm coaches when the program is contracted.

The problem

Guests waiting at the curb with their bags.

How we handle it

Luggage travels in its own vehicle, and a named lead runs each movement from the manifest.

The problem

Drivers who don't know who they're collecting.

How we handle it

Drivers are briefed on the guest, the pickup and the timing before the day.

Questions

What planners ask us.

Anything else, ask us directly. We aim to reply the same business day.

Are your drivers and vehicles licensed?

We contract carriers that hold a Hawaiʻi Public Utilities Commission certificate for the vehicles they send and carry their own insurance. We don't use taxis or rideshare for group movements.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

We track flights and re-sequence greeters and vehicles, so a late guest can still be met without holding everyone else.

How many guests can you move?

From a few executives to a full conference, arriving together or across several days. Large-vehicle fleets are smaller on the neighbor islands, so coaches are confirmed when the program is contracted. Tell us your numbers and we plan the movements around them.

Can luggage travel separately?

Yes. Golf bags, production cases and heavy luggage can travel in their own vehicle, so guests can head straight to theirs.

Can you arrange accessible vehicles?

Yes, booked ahead of arrival. Note it on the inquiry form and we plan for it from the start.

What do you need to quote transport?

Arrival and departure times, hotels, group size and any VIPs. Send what you have and we work out the rest with you.
