Questions

What planners ask us.

Anything else, ask us directly. We aim to reply the same business day.

What taxes will appear on the bill?

State and county accommodation taxes plus general excise tax, on the room rate and on any resort fee. Our estimates show each one on its own line.

Can our executives stay in a private estate?

Yes, where it is lawfully permitted. Each county restricts short-term rentals, so we check permits and tax registration before we propose a property.

How do you help limit attrition charges?

Right-sized blocks, review dates written into the contract, and registration tracked up to the cutoff date. The final terms are set in the hotel contract, which you see before signing.

Can you split our group across hotels?

Yes, with coordinated transfers and shared events, so the program still runs as one.

When should we contract rooms?

As early as you can for peak dates. Rooms usually come first, because venues, transport and dining are planned around them. Send your dates and we check availability.
