Do we have to use the hotel's in-house AV company?
Not always. Many resorts allow an outside production company, sometimes for a fee. We price both options on separate lines so you can compare them.
What happens if it rains on an outdoor event?
Our outdoor plans include a backup space or tent and an agreed time to make the call, so the decision is planned rather than rushed.
How late can music and speeches run outdoors?
Each resort sets its own sound curfew, and amplified sound on public land needs county permission. We build the schedule within both.
Can you design around our brand or theme?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines and what the event is for, and we come back with a concept, a floor plan and an itemised estimate. Start with a few details here.
Can a session be streamed from a neighbor-island resort?
Usually, yes, on dedicated bandwidth that we order and test before the event.
Can our gifts be made in Hawaiʻi?
Yes. We confirm where each item is made before we propose it. Most fresh fruit can't travel to the mainland, so we choose gifts guests can carry home.
